Vincent Crane is best known as the keyboardist and leader of British prog/hard-rock heroes Atomic Rooster. This two-disc collection includes some of his finest moments with that band, but goes beyond that to encompass his early days with the Crazy World of Arthur Brown (of “Fire” fame), as well as pre-Brown outfits Word Engine and the Vincent Crane Big Sound, plus Crane’s post-Rooster projects, including his work with the likes of Rory Gallagher and Peter Green.
