MONO, the iconic Japanese post-rock band, have announced For My Parents, a double LP due out September 4 via Temporary Residence LTD.
For My Parents is MONO’s first studio release since 2009′s, Hymn to the Immortal Wind.
According to the band’s press release, the new record is honoring where they came from as well as where they are going.
MONO has again teamed up with the Wordless Music Orchestra, who worked with them for their 10-Year Anniversary shows in NYC that were mixed for the live album, Holy Ground.
